Refund policy

Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.


Return Period

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you must request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Items that are defective
  • Items that are damaged in transit
  • Items supplied incorrectly

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. If applicable, we may also provide a return shipping label.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

We will assess the issue and provide a remedy in line with the Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
